BEGIN: “Now…’That’ Was a Full-On Kiss” Maple-Pecan Apple Stuffed Brie

  • ½ small Granny Smith apple, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped, toasted pecans or walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 4 sheets frozen phyllo, thawed
  • 2 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 medium sized round of brie cheese (5- 6-inch diameter)

FOLLOW: “Winner Takes All Kiss” Maple Glazed Salmon

  • ½ cup pure maple syrup
  • ¼ cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • 4 spring onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 6 salmon fillets

FOLLOW: “Kiss And Tell” Maple Whipped Sweet Potatoes

  • 4 large sweet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

FOLLOW: “Sealed With a Kiss” Crisp Apple Salad With Creamy Maple Dressing

  • ½ cup pecans
  • 1/8 cup icing sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups spring greens
  • 1/3 cup dried cherries (cranberries can be substituted)
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, cored and cut into matchsticks
  • 1/3 cup goat cheese, crumbled (blue cheese can be substituted)

FINISH: “You Took the Words Right Out of My Mouth, Must Have Been When You Were Kissing Me” Frozen Maple-Mousse Pie (“My Lips Are Sealed” Whipped Cream On The Side)!

  • ¾ cup fine chocolate cookie crumbs
  • ½ cup pure maple sugar
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large egg whites, at room temperature
  • ½ cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • And of course whipped cream for ‘the’ amazing kiss.
