Classic Cucumber ‘Spa’ Infused Water.
- 1 medium cucumber
- Handful green grapes
- Coconut water or unfiltered water (your call)
Chaga Mushroom, Meet Coconut Chai Latte Elixir.
- 1 tablespoon chaga mushroom powder, fine powder flour-like consistency
- 1 cup full fat organic coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon raw, unpasteurized honey or organic coconut palm sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon organic ground cardamom
- 1/8 teaspoon organic ceylon cinnamon (true cinnamon)
- 1/8 teaspoon organic ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon organic ground nutmeg
- Dash of organic ground cloves
Horsetail Chai Tea Tonic.
- 4 teaspoons dried horsetail tea
- 1 teaspoon raw, unpasteurized honey
- ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
- Pinch true cinnamon and cloves
Tropical Berry Antioxidant Smoothie.
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 orange, juiced
