½ cup fresh cranberries
1 apple cored
1 orange, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
1 cinnamon stick
Iced Orange Dandelion Tea Tonic.
1 teaspoon dried, roasted dandelion roots
1 tablespoon dried dandelion leaves
3 fresh oranges
½ tablespoon raw, unpasteurized honey, to taste
Large pinch cinnamon
Strawberry Cherry Smoothie.
1 banana
2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
2 cups fresh or frozen tart red cherries
1 cup pomegranate juice
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Drizzle raw, unpasteurized honey, to taste
Fresh Artichokes with Double-Dip Vinaigrette.
2 artichokes
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

Grilled Portobello Mushroom ‘Burgers.’
8 portobello mushrooms, washed
4 yellow Spanish onions, sliced
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon raw, unpasteurized honey
½ cup mayonnaise (or Vegan alternative)
½ teaspoon sesame oil
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 teaspoon sriracha
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Pinch turmeric
2 cups Gouda or cheddar cheese grated
1 head romaine lettuce, finely shredded
½ cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
1 whole grain baguette, sliced into 8 equal portions
Strawberry Balsamic Salsa.
2 cups strawberries, coarsely chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
½ cup radish, finely diced
¼ red onion, finely diced
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
½ tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup finely chopped fresh basil leaves
Healthy Refried Beans.
6 cups of cooked pinto beans
2 tablespoons extra virgin oil
2 onions
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons picked jalapeno pepper, finely diced
1 tablespoon chili powder
Himalayan sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Chocolate Dandelion Banana Bread.
2 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 cup frozen, thawed mashed banana
½ cup coconut oil, melted
6 tablespoons organic coconut palm sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
¼ cup dandelion tea greens, leftover from tea!

½ cup organic Greek yogurt (or non-dairy alternative)
