‘The Original Day Spa’ Apple Cinnamon Infused Water.
1 Apple thinly sliced, cut away the seeds
1 Cinnamon Stick.
Rise & Shine Aloe Vera Lemon Elixir.
2 tablespoons aloe vera juice
1 teaspoon of raw, unpasteurized honey
Spiced Lemon Ginger Tea Tonic.
¼ inch ginger, grated or thinly sliced
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
½ – 1 teaspoon raw, unpasteurized honey, to taste
¼ teaspoon turmeric
Bone Building Smoothie.
2 cups fresh or frozen wild blueberries
1 large apple, cored
Juice of 1 lemon
½ cup Italian flat leaf parsley
1 cup kale or baby spinach
1 cup unsweetened almond milk/coconut milk
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon chia seeds, ground
½ tablespoon ground flaxseed
Chopped Chickpea Lemon Vinaigrette Salad.
4 cups tinned organic chickpeas
1 small red onion, diced
1 red, yellow, green bell pepper

½ cup extra-virgin olive oil or coconut oil
½ cup red-wine vinegar
¼ cup Dijon mustard (whole grain Dijon)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup orange, green or brown lentils
3 cups spinach or mixed salad greens
1 cup kale, finely chopped
½ cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
1 small cucumber, seeded and diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 avocado, cubed
½ cup crumbled feta cheese (or dairy-free alternative)

10 large dates pitted
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
¼ teaspoon pure peppermint extract
½ cup pumpkin seed powder (or make your own)
