Strawberry, Mint ‘Spa’ Infused Water.
1 lemon, thinly sliced
15 strawberries quartered
5 mint leaves
Herbal Burdock Root Tea Tonic.
1 teaspoon dried burdock root
2 dried red clover flowers (yes, you can pick them yourself!)
½ teaspoon dried peppermint leaves, to taste
Blueberry Beet Antioxidant Smoothie.
2 bananas, fresh or frozen
1½ cups strawberries, fresh or frozen
½ cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
2 kiwis
1 cup cooked beets, chopped
1 cup almond or coconut milk
½ tablespoon ground flaxseed or chia seed
1 tablespoon raw, unpasteurized honey, to taste
Splash pomegranate juice
Chilled Watermelon Gazpacho Shot!
5 cups cubed watermelon (from 1 watermelon)
1 cup diced cucumber
1 tablespoon chopped red onion
½ teaspoon pickled jalapeño pepper
Splash lime juice
5 leaves mint
1 ½ tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Celtic salt
Super Green Goddess Beauty Bowl.
1 small broccoli head, rinsed and cut in small florets
1 cup kale, finely sliced
1 cucumber, thinly chopped
4 stalks celery, thinly chopped
½ cup asparagus, bite-sized pieces
½ cup snow peas, bite-sized pieces
Handful mixed baby greens or romaine lettuce, thinly sliced
2 baby bok choy, thinly sliced
¼ cup baby peas
1 avocado, peeled and cut into cubes
2 kiwis, finely cubed
¼ cup microgreens, optional for an added green boost!

1⁄4 cup lemon juice
3⁄4 cup coconut oil
1⁄2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (I used Sriracha)
1 drizzle maple syrup

1 cup white quinoa
1 tablespoon coconut oil
4 green onions, sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
½ cup raw pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
¼ cup toasted chopped pistachios
½ cup goji berries
1/8 cup dried cranberries
1/8 cup fresh or dried apricots
1 red pepper, diced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, coarsely chopped
3 tablespoons fresh mint, coarsely chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried mint)
2 tablespoons cilantro, coarsely chopped
½ cup crumbled feta cheese (or non-dairy alternative)
2 small apples (Macintosh or Golden Delicious), finely diced
White or brown sesame seeds
1/2 cup coconut oil
4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon raw, unpasteurized honey (or your favourite sweetner)
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon lemon zest + juice of ½ lemon
Matcha Green Tea Mint Energy Bombs.
½ cup organic coconut butter (coconut ‘flesh’ ground into a spreadable paste)
1 tablespoon organic coconut oil
1 teaspoon organic peppermint extract or food-grade essential oil, to taste
1 ½ teaspoon organic green tea matcha powder (found at fine health food stores!)
1-2 teaspoons pure maple syrup (optional for a little sweetness)
Matcha Green Tea Ice Cream.
2-3 tablespoons Matcha green tea powder
1/3 – 2/3 cup raw, unpasteurized honey, to taste
2 egg yolks
1 cup coconut cream (use the coconut cream which rises to the top)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
