Lemon Ginger ‘Spa’ Infused Water.
Juice of 2 lemons
2-inch piece of ginger root, grated

Coriander-Cumin-Fennel Digestion Tea Tonic.
¼ tsp. coriander seeds
¼ tsp. cumin seeds
¼ tsp. fennel seeds

Oolong Chai Latte Tea Tonic.
4 Oolong tea bags or loose tea equivalent
2 cups canned coconut milk, almond milk or dairy-free “milk” of choice
1 teaspoon high quality vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of Cayenne
2 teaspoons coconut palm sugar or your favourite sweetner, to taste

Anise Seed Infused Tea Tonic.
1 tablespoon anise seeds (whole or ground)
2 cinnamon sticks
1-2 teaspoons raw, unpasteurized honey, to taste

Green Machine Extra-Smooth Smoothie.
1 head romaine lettuce
1 cup baby spinach or arugula
1 avocado
1 apple, cored
1 pear, cored
1 cup papaya, cubed
1 banana
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed

Indian-Scented Kedgeree Rice Dish.

3 large yellow onions, diced
