Watermelon Lime ‘Spa’ Infused Water Tonic.
4 cups watermelon
1 cup red grapes
2 whole limes, juiced

RoseHip Iced Tea Tonic.
4 tablespoons dried rosehips (or 4 tea bags)
1 cup pomegranate juice
Cinnamon

Kombucha Hibiscus Mojitos.
2 limes cut into wedges
8 leaves fresh mint
4 leaves fresh basil
¼ cup red grapes, sliced in half
½ cucumber, quartered and thinly sliced
1 bottle of your favourite kombucha for topping
¼ cup carbonated water
¼ cup coconut water
½ cup sweetener of choice (maple syrup, agave, cane sugar, etc.)
¼ cup dried hibiscus flowers (found at fine health food stores)

Frozen Banana, Almond & Cacao Smoothie.
2-3 frozen bananas, to taste
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
2 tablespoons raw cacao (raw raw cacao powder)
1 teaspoon cocoa nibs, optional
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 tablespoons almond butter
½ tablespoon ground flax seed
½ teaspoon cinnamon

Dark Chocolate Vegetarian Chili.
1 carnival squash or butternut squash (or pick your favourite)
2-4 tablespoons coconut oil
1 large onion, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
4 carrots, sliced
4 stalks celery, sliced
2 zucchinis, quartered, sliced
2 green peppers, diced
1 can whole corn kernels, optional
2 teaspoons chili powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon oregano, dried
½ teaspoon chipotle powder
½ tablespoon raw cacao powder
2 large cans organic fire-roasted diced tomatoes
2 tomatoes, fresh, diced
2 small cans organic tomato paste
1 can organic pinto beans, rinsed, drained
1 can organic lentil beans, rinsed, drained
2 cans organic black beans, rinsed, drained
2 cans organic chickpeas, rinsed, drained
¼ cup grated dark chocolate (80% or higher cocoa content)
½ tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 lemon, juice
½ cup fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped (add more if you like cilantro)

1 large onion, chopped
1 red or green bell pepper, chopped
3 cups peeled & chunked sweet potatoes
2 cups organic green apples, unpeeled chunks
1 small can organic tomato sauce or 1 small can organic tomato paste
2 large cans organic diced tomatoes
1 organic pineapple, chunks
1 teaspoon marinated jalapeno pepper, chopped
½ cup organic vegetable broth
2 tablespoons chili powder
½ tablespoon ground cumin
½ tablespoon ground oregano
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 can organic pinto beans
1 can organic kidney beans
1 can organic black beans
1 can organic chickpeas
3 tablespoons maple syrup

Zesty Red Quinoa ‘Rice’ with Dark Chocolate.
1 tablespoon coconut oil
½ cup chopped onion (1 medium)
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon chipotle powder spice (or chili powder)
1 cup white quinoa
1 ¼ cups reduced-sodium vegetable broth
¾ cup salsa (Salsa Roja* if available or your fav)
1 tablespoon 85% dark chocolate, chopped
½ cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
Juice of 1 lemon

Roasted Baby Carrots with Balsamic-Dark Chocolate Glaze.
3 pounds carrots, sliced in half
3 tablespoons coconut oil
6 (4-inch) sprigs fresh thyme
2 avocadoes, cubed,
½ cup aged balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon 85% dark chocolate
½ teaspoon unpasteurized honey
