Watermelon Lime ‘Spa’ Infused Water Tonic.
4 cups watermelon
1 cup red grapes
2 whole limes, juiced
RoseHip Iced Tea Tonic.
4 tablespoons dried rosehips (or 4 tea bags)
1 cup pomegranate juice
Cinnamon
Kombucha Hibiscus Mojitos.
2 limes cut into wedges
8 leaves fresh mint
4 leaves fresh basil
¼ cup red grapes, sliced in half
½ cucumber, quartered and thinly sliced
1 bottle of your favourite kombucha for topping
¼ cup carbonated water
¼ cup coconut water
½ cup sweetener of choice (maple syrup, agave, cane sugar, etc.)
¼ cup dried hibiscus flowers (found at fine health food stores)
Frozen Banana, Almond & Cacao Smoothie.
2-3 frozen bananas, to taste
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
2 tablespoons raw cacao (raw raw cacao powder)
1 teaspoon cocoa nibs, optional
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 tablespoons almond butter

1 carnival squash or butternut squash (or pick your favourite)
2-4 tablespoons coconut oil
1 large onion, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
4 carrots, sliced
4 stalks celery, sliced
2 zucchinis, quartered, sliced
2 green peppers, diced
1 can whole corn kernels, optional
2 teaspoons chili powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon oregano, dried
