1 teaspoon turmeric powder
½ Lemon, lime and orange thinly sliced

Mango Vanilla Chai Smoothie.
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 cups frozen mangoes
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ginger, ground
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon cardamom
Pinch turmeric
½ tablespoon ground flaxseed
Splash vanilla extract, to taste

Coconut Lemon Lime Red Lentil Pilaf.
1 onion, diced
2 tablespoons virgin coconut oil
2 teaspoons curry powder
1⁄2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1⁄2 teaspoon turmeric
1 cup dried, red lentils
1 ¾ cup tinned coconut milk
1 lime
1 lemon
1⁄3 cup unsalted cashews
1 cup fresh spinach
1⁄4 cup fresh cilantro

Taste of India Coconut Spiced Red Lentil Curry.
1 ½ cups dried red lentils
1 cup tinned coconut milk
2 tablespoons virgin coconut oil
1 celery stalk
1 cup red onion
1 ½ teaspoons ground turmeric
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
1 ½ teaspoons ground coriander
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon fresh organic ginger root
2 cups spinach
1 cup frozen peas
2 cups chickpeas
2 cups tinned or fresh diced tomatoes
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
