Iced Green Garden Infused Tea Tonic.
1 cup fresh chopped mint leaves
1 cup fresh chopped lemon balm leaves (or ½ cup dried lemon balm)
Maple syrup or unpasteurized, raw honey

Spiced Saffron Tea Tonic.
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 cardamom pods
4 whole cloves or pinch ground cloves
Pinch saffron
Pinch turmeric
Pinch ground black pepper
1 cup coconut or almond milk
1 teaspoon raw, unpasteurized honey, to taste
