- ¾ cup dried bread crumbs
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ chipotle pepper* in adobo sauce, plus ¼ teaspoon adobo sauce to taste
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon fresh lime juice
