BEGIN: “Love Potion No. 9” Chilled Caviar
- Caviar
- 3 hard-cooked eggs
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 1 small red onion, finely minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
- 1 loaf, good quality, thin sliced white bread.
- Unsalted butter, room temperature
- Serve with chilled Champagne!
FOLLOW: “9 ½ Weeks” Basil & Honey Balsamic Glazed Chicken
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/8 cup honey (organic raw honey is the ‘bomb’ – the best)
- 2 teaspoons freshly cracked black pepper
- ½ cup roughly chopped basil (plus 1 tbsp for garnish)
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- Sea Salt
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- ½ cup chicken stock or broth
- 1 tablespoon butter
FOLLOW: “Spanish Fly” Lemony Carrots with Chili Pepper & Cumin
- l lb oz carrots, cut in half and quartered lengthways
- 3 garlic cloves
- ¼ teaspoon chili pepper flakes
- 1 ½ teaspoon each paprika and ground cumin
- ¼ c each flat-leaf parsley and coriander, most of the bottom stalks discarded, finely chopped
- ½ tablespoon lemon juice
- 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt to taste

- 1 cup basmati rice
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 2-inch piece cinnamon stick
- 1/8 teaspoon cardamom seeds (from about 4 pods)
- 2 cups coconut water
FINISH: “Don’t Stop Believing” Molton Lava Chocolate Cakes
- 4 oz semi-sweet pure dark chocolate
- ½ cup butter
- 1 tablespoon red wine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 6 tablespoons flour
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
