Enjoy this savoury, comforting cornbread loaf, it's a slice of heaven!

2 cups cream cheese (or non-dairy alternative)
1 tablespoon coconut palm sugar
2 eggs (or Vegan alternative)
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup GF flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
6 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons pickled jalapeno peppers (just a little for flavour or more to taste)
½ cup finely chopped sweet red pepper
A splash of love
Preheat oven to 350 F/175 C. In bowl, beat cheese with sugar; beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Combine cornmeal, flour, baking power & salt; stir into cheese mixture along with green onions, chilies & red pepper just until combined.
Spoon into greased/floured 8 X 4 inch loaf pan & bake @ 350 oven for 1 hour 60 Minutes or until tester comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes 5 Minutes. Let cool completely on rack.
