Balanced Avocado Tomato Cucumber Salsa Boats.

This refreshing salsa with healthy ingredients will give you 'boat' loads of nutrition!

4 avocados, cubed

2 medium cucumbers, cubed

4 large tomatoes, diced

½ cup fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

¼ teaspoon Himalayan sea salt

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

½ teaspoon cumin

Pinch cayenne

1 lime juiced (or more if needed)

A splash of love


Half avocadoes, remove pits and avocado, cube avocado, keep avocado skin in tact (a spoon works well to scoop out avocado). In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and gently toss to combine. Gently place in avocado 'boats' and serve! Buen apetito!
