This banana bread is truly a healthy, guilt-free treat. Bananas contain the natural muscle-relaxants magnesium/potassium for a relaxing sleep. Ahhh.
Bake for 45 minutes 45 Minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack before slicing.
Make Banana Butter in your food processor. Puree the butter, banana, lemon juice and salt. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve slathered banana bread. Enjoy just one slice before bed...don't overdo it! Nighty night!
