For an added Omega-3 boost:
1 teaspoon spirulina or chlorella (blue-green algae found at your favourite health food store)
For an added hormonal-regulating boost:
1 tablespoon maca powder (not recommended alongside hormone treatment)
½ cup filtered water as needed (or for a nutritional boost, use coconut water)!
