Smooth Move Green Machine Extra-Smooth Smoothie.

The romaine lettuce, apple, pear, papaya and flaxseed are your BFF’s (best fiber friends) in this absolutely delicious green smooth-ie! Enjoy!

1 head romaine lettuce

1 cup baby spinach or arugula

1 avocado

1 apple, cored

1 pear, cored

1 cup papaya, cubed

1 banana

Juice of 1/2 lemon

2 tablespoons ground flaxseed

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1 cup coconut milk

1 cup filtered water

For an added digestive boost:

Add ½ teaspoon Spirulina Powder (an excellent probiotic from your local health food store)

A splash of love


Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
