Kick Back Iced Lavender Lemonade.

This guilt-free, refreshing lemonade helps to energize and reduce feelings of stress and anxiety! When life gives you lemons…you know the rest!

  • Yields: 4-6 Chilled Glasses


Simple Honey Syrup

1 ½ cups water

1 ½ cups raw, unpasteurized honey, to taste

3 tablespoon dried lavender or freshly picked even better (flowers or leaves can be used, dry or fresh)!

2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice

4 cups water

1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)

A splash of love


Combine honey and water in a small saucepan and heat over medium-low heat, stirring just until honey dissolves completely.

Remove from heat, let the honey syrup cool completely and stir in dried lavender. Cover for about 15 minutes 15 Minutes, allowing mixture to steep.

Muddle lavender to release all flavours, then strain. In a large pitcher, combine freshly squeezed lemon juice, lavender mixture and water.

Chill for at least 2 hours and serve over ice. Enjoy!
