Kick Back Lobelia Inflata Tea Tonic.

Lobelia is a flowering plant used for medicinal purposes for centuries, this tea tonic has a nice light earthy, sweet flavour. It is greatly valued and studies have shown that it may be (darn) good as a relaxant and sedative, its main active compound, lobeline, may also help to fight asthma, depression, antioxidant and memory issues to name a few. Lobelia has been used for centuries by aboriginal tribes for medicinal needs.

 ½ teaspoon dried peppermint
 2 cups boiling water
 1-2 tablespoons raw, unpasteurized honey, to taste

Place dried herbs in boiling water and let steep for 30 minutes 30 Minutes .

Cover with a lid when steeping so as not to lose the healing properties and amazing flavour.
