Tenacious Taste of India Mango Vanilla Chai Smoothie.

Mango is one of the healthiest fruits around, loaded with fiber, Vitamin C, and lots of other healthy nutrients. The fruit makes for one of my favourite frozen fruit smoothie recipes, and adding it into a drink with coconut milk gives you just the right amount of fat and fiber with a nice touch of Chai spice! Delicious.

 1 cup coconut milk
 1 cup almond milk
 1 tablespoon coconut oil
 2 cups frozen mangoes
 2 tablespoons filtered water (or for a nutritional boost, use coconut water)!
 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
 ¼ teaspoon ginger, ground
 ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
 ¼ teaspoon cardamom
 Pinch turmeric
 ½ tablespoon ground flaxseed
 Splash vanilla extract, to taste
 For an added boost: 1 tablespoon maca
 A splash of love

Pour both of the milks into your blender and add coconut oil and half of the frozen fruit. Add a couple tablespoons of water and blend until well-mixed. Add the spices, flaxseed, vanilla, maca and the rest of the frozen mango and blend until your smoothie is the right consistency for you.
