Oolong tea is an ancient traditional Chinese tea from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant, the same plant used to make green tea and black tea (semi-fermented). It is said to reduce inflammation in the digestive tract, making it highly beneficial to anyone with acid reflux or ulcer issues. Additionally, known to combat some of the bad bacteria in the gut.
