A refreshing and healthy 'take' on the Mojito...and with this version, you can drink as many glasses as you like and still feel great!

Yields: Serves 2 SuperWomen
Ingredients
1 frozen cucumber, roughly chopped
¼ cup fresh mint leaves
Juice of 1 lime
½ inch fresh ginger, finely minced
Honey, raw, unpasteurized, to taste
1 bottle soda water
Ice for serving
For an added boost:
¼ tsp spirulina (will make your slushy even greener!)
A splash of love
Method
Add all ingredients and ½ cup soda water. Blend on high until combined. Add a few ice cubes into each glass and pour the mojito mix over the top. Add extra soda water to each glass and garnish with fresh mint leaves and lime slices. Serve and enjoy!
