1 frozen banana (or fresh)
½ cup frozen mango (or fresh)
½ cup frozen pineapple (or fresh)
½ cup frozen raspberries (or fresh)
1 cup coconut water
Juice of one lemon
A splash of love
Place ingredients into your high speed blender, blend until smooth. If you want to create layered smoothie colours, blend the raspberries and other fruit separately and then mindfully pour in layers to create a gradient sunrise effect. Enjoy mindfully.
