“You Do What for a Living?” Heart-shaped Cheese Crostini

Light Rye Bread Slices

Cheese Topping:

½ cup Feta cheese

¼ cup cream cheese

1 clove garlic

2 teaspoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

½ teaspoon dry oregano

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Parmigiano-Reggiano - Parmesan Cheese coarsely grated for topping



Take light rye bread slices and cut out heart shapes (I found heart-shaped cookie cutters and that ‘did the trick’). Toast for 5 minutes 5 Minutes per side at a medium oven temperature.

Cheese Topping:

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor to a paste. Spread on heart-shaped crostini and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. Toast slightly in the oven and serve warm to your love!
