Silver Lining Probiotic Berry Peanut Butter Smoothie.
Start your morning off right with this smooth berry, peanut buttery flavoured smoothie. Kefir is also an amazing probiotic, it can help restore the balance of friendly bacteria in your gut. What's not to love with this smoothie?!
2 cups frozen wild blueberries
1 cup organic Kefir (fermented milk product)
3 tablespoons organic peanut butter
2 tablespoons ground flax seed
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch turmeric
Raw, unpasteurized honey or your favourite sweetener, to taste (if needed)
½ cup filtered water
A splash of love

In a blender combine blueberries, kefir, peanut butter, flax, vanilla, cinnamon, turmeric and sweetener to taste. Add water if smoothie is too thick! Blend until smooth.
