Kick Back Coconut Lime De-Stress Smoothie.
A smoothie that is so refreshingly different, you’ll want to kick back as you sip. Trust me, it is that good!!
2 handfuls baby spinach
1/3 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
3-4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 fresh pear
1 cup coconut water
2 tablespoons maple syrup or unpasteurized honey or favourite sweetner, to taste
½ tablespoon chia seed
2 handfuls ice (more if desired)
For an added boost:
1 teaspoon Spirulina Powder
OR 1 tablespoon maca powder
A splash of love

Place all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. Add more water or ice to obtain desired consistency.
