2 frozen bananas or fresh bananas, broken into pieces
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
½ cup fresh or frozen wild blueberries
1 apple with peel, coarsely chopped
Juice of 2 oranges, or 1 cup unsweetened apple juice
½ cup coconut water or filtered water, plus more as needed
4 pitted soft dates (soak in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain)
½ tablespoon chia seed
½ tablespoon ground flax seed
1 teaspoon turmeric
Large pinch cinnamon

Soak the whole chia seeds for about 10-15 minutes 10 Minutes just prior to blending. The soaked seeds become gelatinous and blend well in a high-speed blender. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Add more coconut water or water if necessary to thin to the desired consistency. Serve immediately and enjoy!
