This fresh smoothie is chock-full of fiber and as an added bonus it’s alkaline which your body will love too!

 2 cups fresh baby spinach
 ½ cup arugula or your favourite leafy greens
 1 cup cucumber, sliced
 2 stalks celery, sliced
 2 pears, cored
 1 avocado
 1 cup water (or for a nutritional boost, use coconut water)!
 1-inch fresh ginger, peeled
 1 tablespoon coconut oil
For an added rocket fuel boost:
 1 tablespoon wheat grass powder
 OR 1 tablespoon maca powder
 A splash of love
