Veg Out Iced Green Garden Infused Tea Tonic.

Mint and lemon balm are prolific, calming herbs that are commonly found in many gardens everywhere...including mine! Enjoy this chilled glass of Zen!

 1 cup fresh chopped mint leaves
 1 cup fresh chopped lemon balm leaves (or ½ cup dried lemon balm)
 4 cups water, boiled and cooled
 Maple syrup or unpasteurized, raw honey to taste
 A splash of love

Place mint and lemon balm leaves in a glass jar and add the cooled water. Let steep for 10 minutes 10 Minutes , strain, return to jar and add sweetener to taste.

Refrigerate and serve cold. Store in a sealed jar in your refrigerator, will keep for 4 days.
