Purple power to the rescue, what a great way to start your day!

 ½ cup almond or coconut milk
 1 banana, fresh or frozen
 ½ cup wild blueberries
 ½ cup red grapes, halved
 6 dates, softened
 ¼ cup red cabbage, shredded
 ½ avocado
 Cinnamon, to taste
 1 cup ice, as needed
 For an added energy boost:
 1 tablespoon maca powder
 A splash of love

Place ingredients in blender in the order listed. If you are using frozen fruit you'll need more ice. If using fresh fruit less ice. Add more ice if necessary. Blend for about 1 minute.
