Balanced Spiced Honey Apple Cider Vinegar Blood Sugar Tonic ‘Shot’.

You might be wondering, who on earth would want to drink apple cider vinegar (ACV)?? I know…BUT, this ‘shot’ is delicious and ACV has a ton of benefits! Just ensure that you select ACV that is raw, unfiltered, with the ‘mother’ (the ‘mother’ is the best part, containing dozens of strains of bacteria (probiotics), as well as digestive enzymes)!  1-2 tablespoons raw, unpasteurized honey, to taste
 ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
 1 dash cayenne pepper
 2 cups of warm/hot water
 True Ceylon Cinnamon!
 A splash of love

Pour ingredients into a mason jar, shake well until all ingredients are combined…as simple as that! Dust with cinnamon, another blood sugar balancer!

You can serve warm or chill (I prefer chilled as the tonic has a nice refreshing spiced, sweet apple cider flavour…yum)! Store your elixir the fridge for up to a week, just shake and pour 1-2 tablespoons/day into a shot glass and enjoy! Note: Always drink apple cider vinegar with water, ideally using a 10:1 ratio (undiluted apple cider vinegar is very acidic, make one of these apple cider vinegar shots instead)!
