Kick Back St. John’s wort Herbal Tea Tonic.

St. John's Wort has been traditionally used and studies have shown that it may also be (darn) good for relaxation, to de-stress, soothing depression, a nervous system tonic, improves mood and enhances cheer…and who doesn’t want that! Drink up to 2 cups throughout the day and let the sun shine in!! The flavour is slightly ‘barky,’ not that I go around licking trees…but that’s the best way I can describe it!
