Optimism Pink Strawberries ‘n Cream Granola Smoothie.

This is one of the most delicious, feel-good frozen fruit smoothie combinations EVER! It’s a delicious, rich, thick smoothie that will leave you wanting more with plenty of carbs and protein. Just like breakfast in a glass!!

 1 ½ cups of frozen strawberries
 2 cups coconut milk
 6-8 tablespoons gluten-free granola, to taste (store-bought unless you’re into making your own)!
 2 tablespoons hemp seed
 Spritz of lemon juice
 A splash of love

Place the strawberries into your blender, along with 1 ½ cups of coconut milk. Blend well and then add the granola and hemp seed, turning the blender to its highest setting. Once blended, if the smoothie is too thick, add coconut milk and some water to make it a nice ‘drinkable’ consistency. Spritz with lemon juice and serve!
