“To Serve With Love” Fabulous Fruit Salad (the ‘best’ fruit salad you’ve ever tasted!)

You might be thinking…hmmm, fruit salad, how boring. This salad will surprise you, I promise. It’s a fabulous fruit salad with delicious, healthy ingredients and texture to boot!

 1 Red Delicious apple, cored and chopped
 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped
 1 mango, pitted and sliced (MAKE SURE YOU PEEL IT!)
 1 cup red seedless grapes, sliced in half
 1 stalk celery, finely chopped…for crunch
 1/2 cup dried cranberries
 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
 1 cup Greek yogurt (use Vanilla flavour if you prefer)
 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
 2 teaspoons sugar, raw if you have it
 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
 Pinch cinnamon

In a large bowl, combine apples, mango (did I mention to peel it), grapes, celery, dried cranberries, and walnuts. Mix yogurt with lemon juice, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon and add to fruit salad. Chill until ready to serve.
