You might be thinking…hmmm, fruit salad, how boring. This salad will surprise you, I promise. It’s a fabulous fruit salad with delicious, healthy ingredients and texture to boot!
In a large bowl, combine apples, mango (did I mention to peel it), grapes, celery, dried cranberries, and walnuts. Mix yogurt with lemon juice, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon and add to fruit salad. Chill until ready to serve.
