Take light rye bread slices and cut out heart shapes (I found heart-shaped cookie cutters and that ‘did the trick’). Toast for 5 minutes 5 Minutes per side at a medium oven temperature.
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor to a paste. Spread on heart-shaped crostini and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. Toast slightly in the oven and serve warm to your love!
