What a love potion it is, it works like magic!

There is nothing quite like a nice Burgundy to sip with a medium rare steak with sautéed mushrooms. Get him involved in the cooking for a little bonding and let him man the grill or frying pan!

This is the best crème brulee that I’ve ever tasted…and no, not because its my recipe! It truly is creamy, smooth and silky. I love the vanilla bean essence and cinnamony spice that adds so much flavour and depth to this perfect dessert.

A star-studded appetizer that will transport your taste buds across the bridge to exotic Morocco in one tiny, little bite!

The spotlight is on this elegant creamy sweet Brie cheese, all nicely wrapped in phyllo pastry. It’s a wrap for sure!

Delicious mushrooms make this Brie sing! I shared this recipe on a local radio program called ‘Quick ‘n Delicious’ that I hosted every week for 3 years. I always had so much fun with the host and I LOVED sharing my recipes, listen to the radio ‘bit’ on my Blog if you want to hear the recipe…oh and the hosts and I carrying on!

This orange-golden soup is a great way to begin your conversation with nourishment for strength in every spoonful!

We’ve got to sit down and ’talk turkey’ (over this delicious turkey) —get this thing wrapped up and quit messing around.

Crispy around the edges and buttery rich, one of my favourite potato dishes.

Slightly caramelized, root vegetables with a beautiful medley of colour and flavour.

I thought I’d share my favourite Christmas dessert recipe with you – my grandmother’s English Trifle. As part of our holiday season tradition, we always had many traditional desserts at our festive home. The Christmas Cake that my mother would painstakingly bake and cover in brown paper bags months in advance, the Mincemeat Tarts and then of course the Plum Pudding with Custard. But…my all time favourite was always…and still is, my mom’s delicious English Trifle following my grandmother’s family recipe. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do, this is a taste of Christmas comfort & joy to me.

Ratatouille is a tasty vegetable stew from Provence, served either hot or cold, as a main course, or to garnish grilled meat or fish dishes. It involves a lot of chopping…endless chopping, but end result is a delicious ‘n nutritious dish that I LOVE!

“A spicy ‘taste of Mexico’ to add to your healthy appetizer repertoire! I use this as a dip with tortilla chips and in quesadillas with grated cheese as a delicious filling. This one really is ‘quick ‘n delicious’, prep time: 8 minutes.”
