Optimism Mugwort Tea Tonic Muggles Brew.

Straight out of Hogwarts…meet Mugwort! You may already know this herb thanks to JK Rowling’s incorporation of botany into Harry Potter! Moving past the cauldron and its mystical past, introducing a weed with potential – mugwort! This brew has a subtle spicy flavour, is very mild and soothing. It’s said that mugwort can increase energy, reduce anxiety, clear bad/negative air, provide protection from nasty people (muggles) and even bring you dreams of the future! It’s even believed that Roman soldiers even put mugwort in their sandals to prevent tired feet (long before Birkenstocks), also commonly thought to protect from evil spirits. Don’t like tea? No problem, you can slip your mugwort into your pillow for a ‘dream pillow’ for prophetic dreams. It’s a ‘visionary’ herb that can induce lucid dreaming and open your 3rd eye (believe it or not) or you can even smoke it (not that we encourage smoking)!
