This Blueberry Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie is deliciously, nutritiously healthy.

2 bananas, fresh or frozen

2 cups wild blueberries, fresh or frozen

1 cup cilantro, coarsely chopped

1 cup orange juice

½ cup melon (cantaloupe, watermelon)

1 teaspoon Spirulina Powder (at fine health food stores)

1 small handful of Atlantic Dulse (at fine health food stores)

½ tablespoon ground flaxseed or chia seed

½ tablespoon turmeric

For an added boost:

1 teaspoon wheatgrass powder (optional)

Splash of love


In a high speed blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. If a thinner consistency is desired, add up to 1 cup of water. Enjoy!
