Rehab Green Clean Smoothie.
This Green Clean Smoothie is fresh and delicious and tastes just like a glass of wellness!

6 cups baby spinach, chopped
6 cups romaine lettuce (1 romaine heart), chopped
2 pears, cored and coarsely chopped
1 banana
2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed (or substitute ½ - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar)
½ cup fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
½ cup fresh parsley, coarsely chopped
2 cups filtered water or for a nutritional boost use coconut water
For an added boost:
½ teaspoon spirulina
A splash of love

Slowly add the ingredients into your blender, blending as you go. Serve at once or refrigerate, covered, for up to 3 days.
