2 cups water
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoon lemon juice
½ -1 teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch cayenne pepper
Pinch turmeric
1 teaspoon raw, local honey (optional)
A splash of love

Boil water, bring to a simmer, allow to cool slightly and add remaining ingredients. Dust with cinnamon. Best served warm but drink as you wish, there’s always a silver lining!
