Take Heart Frozen Banana, Almond & Cacao Smoothie.

A delicious creamy, chocolately heart-healthy smoothie. Mmmm.

2-3 frozen bananas, to taste

1 cup almond milk, unsweetened

2 tablespoons raw cacao (raw raw cacao powder)

1 teaspoon cocoa nibs, optional

1 tablespoon coconut oil

2 tablespoons almond butter

½ tablespoon ground flax seed

½ teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch cayenne pepper

½ cup filtered water or for a nutritional boost use coconut water

Handful of ice

A splash of love


Blend all ingredients until smooth; serve cold and enjoy, your heart will ♥ you!
