This is a delicious, nutritious Green Goddess Beauty Bowl chock full of amazingly healthy green ingredients to make you glow like a Goddess!

Salad.
 Chose your favourite greens from this list of ingredients, your call!
 1 small broccoli head, rinsed and cut in small florets
 1 cup kale, finely sliced
 1 cucumber, thinly chopped
 4 stalks celery, thinly chopped
 ½ cup asparagus, bite-sized pieces
 ½ cup snow peas, bite-sized pieces
 Handful mixed baby greens or romaine lettuce, thinly sliced
 2 baby bok choy, thinly sliced
 ¼ cup baby peas
 1 avocado, peeled and cut into cubes
 2 kiwis, finely cubed
 ¼ cup microgreens, optional for an added green boost!
 Garnish:
 Pumpkin, Hemp, Sunflower, Sesame Seeds, use one, use all, your call!
 Pistachios, coarsely chopped
 A splash of love
Green Goddess Dressing. (makes: 2 cups)
 1 clove garlic
 1 teaspoon sea salt
 1 cup cilantro, packed
 1 cup parsley, packed
 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
 3⁄4 cup coconut oil
 1⁄2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (I used Sriracha)
 1 drizzle maple syrup
 A splash of love
Dressing.

Poach garlic (although alliums are so good for you, some people are sensitive to raw garlic (like me), Here’s the trick to tone down the ‘rawness’, simply peel garlic and boil in water until fork-tender.

Place garlic and salt into food processor and process until it’s a paste. Add cilantro and parsley; process to a fine mince. Add lemon juice; process 10 seconds. Add oil in a slow steady stream with the processor on. Add hot pepper sauce (to taste) and a large drizzle of maple syrup. Chill the dressing for several hours in a glass jar; shake to combine before using.

Layer the salad vegetables in a large bowl.

Sprinkle with pumpkin, hemp, sunflower or sesame seeds and pistachios.

Drizzle with Green Goddess Dressing and set aside for 5-10 minutes for the flavours to combine. Serve and enjoy!
