Clarity Lion’s Mane Mushroom Mocha Latte Elixir.

Lion’s mane mushrooms are known as cognitive enhancers and have been shown to support memory and concentration. This is great way to get your morning mental boost without a cup of coffee! A delicious, subtly flavoured chocolately latte.

  • Yields: Serves 1 large dose of Clarity!

Ingredients

1 cup coconut milk

1 cup filtered water

1 teaspoon powdered lion’s mane mushroom ‘coffee’ (or buy dried lion’s mane pieces and grind it yourself)

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1 teaspoon raw cacao powder

½ teaspoon raw, unpasteurized honey, to taste

½ teaspoon cinnamon, to taste

Pinch nutmeg

Method

Place coconut milk and water in saucepan, heat through gently until steaming.

Add lion’s mane, allow to steep for 15 minutes 15 Minutes .

Add to your blender along with coconut oil, cacao powder, honey, and cinnamon. Blend until frothy and well blended.

Strain if using dried lion’s mane pieces, serve immediately in your favourite mug and dust with nutmeg.
