SafeSpace Strawberry Sorbet.

Who knew strawberries could protect you? They can, and are in fact one of the top anti-radiation fruits! Just another good reason to make this nutritious, delicious sorbet.

  • Yields: 4 Servings

Ingredients

2 cups organic frozen strawberries

½ cup organic Greek yogurt (or non-dairy alternative)

2 tablespoons raw, unpasteurized honey, to taste

Pomegranate juice, as much as is needed to help to blend mixture together.

A pinch of turmeric for added protection!

A splash of love

Method

Blend all ingredients together in your blender or food processor. Taste, add more sweetner if you have a sweet tooth! Adjust consistency by adding more or less yogurt. Pour into ice cube trays or ramekins for individual servings and freeze. When you’re hungry, slide a knife around the edges to loosen, re-stir if needed, scoop and serve!
