Boos† Turmeric Lemon Infused Hot Spa Drink.

Turmeric spice is definitely a winner!! Not only touted as a star in Indian cuisine, used in bright yellow ‘ballpark’ mustard, it’s also a protector against inflammation!! Turmeric, ginger and lemon combined boost your immune system and can be sipped on all day when you have a cold or flu or anytime for that matter. This is a delicious, perfect, warming tea for chilly sweater weather.

  • Yields: 1 Cup of Health

Ingredients

1 cup filtered water

Fresh juice from half a lemon

¼ teaspoon turmeric dry or finely grated fresh (even better, wash your hands well though!)

¼ teaspoon ginger, freshly grated (you can leave the skin on if ginger is organic and the peel is thin/papery)

Raw, unpasteurized honey, to taste

A splash of love

Method

Heat water til just warm, squeeze in lemon juice, add turmeric, ginger and honey to taste. Stir well and continue stirring while sipping (the turmeric will naturally fall to the bottom of the cup and you won’t want to miss a drop)! Dust with turmeric and enjoy!
