Tranquilizing Wild Blueberry & Cherry Smoothie.

This Wild Blueberry & Cherry Smoothie is as delicious as it is vibrant and is jam-packed full of antioxidants and is said to help reverse and prevent aging! It also contains some of the most powerfully healing foods on our planet, including the number one most nutritionally dense food in existence—wild blueberries - which have chemicals that help regulate your immune system, which can also reduce chronic inflammation! Ingredients

1 cup fresh wild blueberries

1 cup pitted fresh or frozen cherries

2 fresh or frozen bananas

½ cup pineapple, cubed

½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice

1 cup baby kale leaves

1 avocado

½ tablespoon ground flaxseed

2 teaspoons ground chia seed

1 teaspoon turmeric

Filtered water, enough to blend or for a nutritional boost use coconut water

For an added boost:

1 teaspoon spirulina powder

A splash of love

Method

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until very smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
