 4 teaspoons dried horsetail tea
 1 teaspoon raw, unpasteurized honey
 ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
 Pinch true cinnamon and cloves

Boil water, pour over the horsetail tea and let it steep for about 5 to 10 minutes 5 Minutes. Strain your tea into your favourite mug, sweeten with honey and add spices.

Drink up to 3 cups a day and do not take this tea for a long period of time. Unless otherwise indicated, drink this tea for one week and then take a break of a few days before resuming it, so as to give your body a chance of healing.
