A study in the International Journal of Neuroscience found that peppermint tea can increase focus and concentration…and yes…mindfulness! Moroccan Mint Tea is the national drink of Morocco and one of the most important rituals of the day. When I visited Morocco, I was invited by shopkeepers and even street vendors who were more than happy to share a glass of tea with me! Oh, and maybe sell me a carpet or two!
