Clarity Blueberry Bomb Almond Smoothie.

A delicious blueberry flavoured smoothie with overtones of almonds…mmm. It'll give you a boost every-time!

  • Yields: 2 Smoothies


1 banana

Handful baby spinach

1 cup wild blueberries

½ cup papaya

½ avocado

1 tablespoon MCT oil or coconut oil

2 tablespoons almond butter (or ½ cup almonds)

1 tablespoon ground chia seed or hemp seed

Coconut water, if needed to thin smoothie

For an added brain boost:

1 tablespoon maca powder

For an added Omega-3 boost:

1 teaspoon spirulina or chlorella (blue-green algae found at your favourite health food store)

Splash of love


Blend all ingredients together in your favourite blender or food processor!
