A delicious blueberry flavoured smoothie with overtones of almonds…mmm. It'll give you a boost every-time!

Ingredients
1 tablespoon MCT oil or coconut oil
2 tablespoons almond butter (or ½ cup almonds)
1 tablespoon ground chia seed or hemp seed
Coconut water, if needed to thin smoothie

1 teaspoon spirulina or chlorella (blue-green algae found at your favourite health food store)
