Clarity Creamy Coconut Cinnamon Brain Bombs!

These ridiculously addictive brain-food bombs are ready in no time flat, your brain will thank you!

Ingredients

½ cup coconut butter, melted (coconut ‘flesh’ ground into a spreadable paste)

½ cup coconut oil, melted

¼ cup shredded coconut

Splash vanilla

Splash of your favourite sweetener, to taste

½ teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch Himalayan sea salt

A splash of love

Method

Create a double boiler by placing a glass bowl over a saucepan with a few inches of water in it.

Place all the ingredients with the exception of the shredded coconut in the double boiler over medium heat.

While waiting for the ingredients to melt, be sure to mix them together.

Once all of the ingredients are combined remove the bowl from the heat.

With a tablespoon, fill mini cup cake liners or an ice cube tray, pouring 1 tablespoonful in each. Refrigerate for 10 minutes 10 Minutes. Ready! Voila!
